An Automatic Weather Station (AWS) has been installed at the Bishop Rock just below the summit of Mt. Everest on May 09, 2022. CDHM ex-student Arbindra Khadka also successfully scaled Mt. Everest to set up the world's highest weather station. This is a joint expedition between NGS, CDHM, DHM and DNPWC.
